Absolutely appalling! The fact that since the pandemic hit the call centre have all closed resulting in automated online live chat is a complete and utter disrespect to one's mental health. I am a vulnerable single mother with health issues currently pregnant. My 2 year contract ended I tried to contact ID to clarify I no longer want to Carry on the the contract because of the lack of communication and no call centres my phone has been cut off from out going communications whilst the bills has accumulated to over £100 barring in mind I haven't be able to use the phone since July in between this I have tried on numerous occasions to contact ID even visiting one of the carphonewasre houses to be told that they can't help is disgusting. In the past 2 weeks my phone has been cut off completely because I have not paid the bill for the phone I haven't be able to use since June and can't contact ID to disgust the matter further. I have missed out on calls from health professionals, solicitors to do with a personal important matter. School and nursery for my children, Calls from my sick mother due to this I am isolated from the world I have no means of contacting ID mobile other than the automated un helpful live chat. I'm am so devastated the bill is building up my baby is due In the next few months. I've never felt so frustrated with a mobile phone company in my whole life. My anxiety levels have increased as I don't know how I'm going to afford to pay for a phone I cant use on top of a new baby and missing out on important phone calls. My mental health has increased due to this and I am scared of being in debt I cant afford due to the lack of empathy for vulnerable customers. I find it a disgrace that ID have moved everything on line as not every one can use online services. I believe ID mobile has set their most vulnerable customers up to fail. I don't know how this problem will be resolved but I've spent the last few days having panic attacks at the fact my family have had to contant my auntie who has cancer to look out her window to see if she can see me from her house. I'm devastated..
