Customers service is rubbish , online is rubbish , advisers calls you, the reception is so bad , then she blames me , telling me my line is bad, Rubbish, all I want to do is cancel my voicemail, 2 days and still nowhere. I would of given the service no stars if I could
DO NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH ID , I cant wait untill my daughters contract is finished and I have gone , to any other provider but never again ID.
