Fraudulent account opened and this company failed to follow the correct procedures. Meaning they allowed £23k debt to accrue and be filed against us. O2 informed them the accounts were fraud within 48 hours of ID opening the accounts. The correct procedure was not followed to cancel the payment plan ID held. This has resulted in this being recorded against my name and stopping us getting a mortgage.
Can’t speak to anyone, even regarding such a important matter. Only chat which transcript email service doesn’t work.
