Sim incompatible (in a 2021 released device)
Sim cancelled and destroyed.
Still charged for the length of time I had the SIM in my possession.
Surely iD could have listed incompatible devices clearly before ordering. Not once in all my years of mobile phone ownership have I had an incompatible device. Specifically not in this device where I've had 3 separate simcards previously, all worked. Customer service were shocking also.
