Poor service for data .
My son's sim is £7 a month with a cap on it just got a bill for £48 . No customer service at all to talk to just a text box which take for ever . Got extra charge on my other 2 sims when we went to Greece as the sim card location kept moving to Albania. They told me it must be because I was on a cruise. I stayed in a hotel never even went on a boat . After trying with no luck for hours still not got a refund . They just keep you want on the text talk saying thanks for being patient. I will never use this network again . Still not had a refund or anyone phoned me . Stay away
