Took out a phone contact for my daughter last week as her EE contract had ended... no issues.
My contract has also ended with EE so I thought I'd take a contract phone out with ID mobile as well via their website. Within half an hour they emailed to say if failed a credit check! I couldn't believe it. I've never failed any credit checks before. I've never missed a payment and I know my credit history is good.
I thought it was a mistake so I've attempted it again another couple of times. Each time I get the same email about 30 mins later.
Annoyed so I'll take my money elsewhere!
