But g-d help you if you need help it’s impossible the site is complicated I spent all day trying to get help with a faulty SIM card was told to go to curry’s to get a new one ( or wait 3 days) that was ok I was happy until 5 hours later after my phone refusing to recognise my new sim and being made to PAY for a help line who sent me back where I started …so disappointed and stuck ..
