Contrary to the many poor reviews, I have to say I have been very pleased with ID Mobile and my very competitive contract price. Cancellation policy is quite clearly shown on the app and web site.
However, customers should remember that the price level reflects a company that clearly caters for customers that want minimum service.
A year after joining I Mobile, I set up a SIM pay monthly for my wife when her contract with another provider ran out and the monthly cost was cheaper than her previous one
