I took out a new contract with ID mobile via Currys'. I had paid an early cancellation fee on my previous provider to move. Within one week of having the new plan I had to ring ID mobile about lack of coverage. Their complaints line (who were the only people I was able to actually get through to) advised me that due to KNOWN LONGTERM connection issues in my area (central Belfast) I was advised to return my equipment and cancel my contract. I did so with Currys, who were of zero help at all and directed my complaints back to ID Mobile, who tbh just basically shrugged their shoulders and couldn't explain why they were knowingly selling a product that was not up to standard. As it stands today, my two week run with ID mobile cost me an early get out fee with my previous supplier as well as the cost of the phone cover, etc that I had bought for the new equipment. I can honestly that that I would NOT recommend anyone use this company and tbh I would second guess ever going back to Currys' for mobile phone queries as they just push you back to the provider network.
