THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DOG , YOU REQUIRE A CANCELLATION NO ONE BOTHERS , YOU REQUEST IT AGAIN - NO ON BOTHERS , THE NEXT THING YOU GET IS DEBT COLLECTORS KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR , AT THE END AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT SOMEONE FROM THEIR TEAM THEY TURN AROUND AND TOLD US WE CAN'T CANCEL AS WE HAVE A COMPLAINT OPEN , WE HAVE REQUESTED TO GET IT CANCELLED BUT KEEP THE COMPLAINT AND THE JUST SIMPLY REFUSE TO CANCEL . TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN REALLY.
