Mainly its the customer service that is rubbish. when my contract was about to expire, I recieved a call and the person over the phone was ademant that i upgrade. I already bought a new phone so i was looking for a sim only contract at that point and they recommended me one that i had described. I told them that because I wasnt the one who signed the contract, my mum had, i would talk to her about it and we would go in store to have a look at the deals. She then got very snappy with me, saying how its just easier to do it now and she's saving me a bunch of trouble. I told her i would have to think about it and after realising she couldnt convince me to get a new contract over the phone, she hung up the phone on me. Incredibly rude and extremely unprofessional. So I decided to go into Tesco the next day and get one of their deals. I am currently in the process of switching my number over but I will never go back to iD mobile because of this one interaction.
