TERRIBLE customer service! Rather than try and help customers and use some common sense, they just hide behind “procedures” which they say are there to “protect” me! After nearly an hour dealing with two idiot members of staff, I have decided that it will be much easier just to switch suppliers! VERY DISAPPOINTED and ANNOYED!
