After cancelling contract months ago apparently I went into store on 24th October and upgraded it!!!!! I've had 2 different debt collectors chasing me with 2 different amounts and the "deadlock" letter I received this morning says I have to continue with this non existing contract. The letter itself could have been written better by my 9 year old granddaughter. Appalling company throughout.
