Ripped off and they make it impossible to cancel a contract at the end of term by only having an extremely slow chat system. So my contract ended and I did not wish to continue with it . The 2 year contract included a handset . It came to an end in December 24 . I .messaged them to terminate and they said I had to give them 30 days notice which I had attempted to do previously. Anyway the next bill from the rolled on term is 55.33 which is the same as i have been paying for the handset too. They are trying to rip me off . They don't offer phone support and the chat is extremely slow response. Stay clear of these thieves.
