Appalling service, shockingly slow timewasters, constant failures to deal within their set deadlines and no data roaming coverage despite paying for it.
I am not sure what I can do now. I have had no data roaming since moving to ID Mobile. This may be a compatibility issue between the phone and ID Mobile due to the sim working in my old phone and other sims working in my new Galaxy S22 Ultra.
1) I went to my nearest Currys store 15 miles away where the salesman told me nothing was wrong (he was more interested in sales).
2) I returned again to be told there is an issue with some phones/SIM Compatibility, and was given a new sim. Why didn't the first guy do this?
3) After navigating the chatbot I spent ninety minutes on 26th December going through the issue to be told that the person couldn't fix it but I was promised that the technical team would contact me within 48 hours. No one contacted me.
4) On 30th December I spent another 75 minutes on the livechat to be promised the technical team would contact me within 48 hours.
Four days later, I have heard nothing. I am continuing to pay for no data roaming and am faced with more time to be wasted on livechat for more failed promises and high exit fees if I walk away.
The test of a company is in the after sales service, ID Mobile couldn't be worse.
