They have been criminal in the way they have dealt with me, a loyal customer of 8 years
Told me I could start a new contract then switch my number. My new phone arrived so I went to change my number only to be told that is impossible so I'll have to change my number.
I can't do this as my number is connected to far too many different accounts relating to hospitals etc as well as the standard things.
Spent half my working day trying to fix it and had to listen to them lie and talk utter nonsense.
