Chumani most unhelpful. I have been with id mobile for many years and never missed a payment, repeat never missed a payment. Recently offered an upgrade but they changed my number so I immediately cancelled. They still charged me £1.05 . So I asked for it back under the direct debit guarantee, as the agreement was cancelled immediately. They have now, despite many years, have put a missed payment on my credit report. When I complained Chumani was most unhelpful. I feel that ID have ruined my spotless reputation credit wise and feel that they should do something about it immediately.
