By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Contract was coming to an end, so I rang them to tell them I would not be continuing with them and to cancel everything.
They continued to take payments, and claimed that they had no such communication from me. When I cancelled the direct debit they then continued to charge and as a result landed me with a default notice ILLEGALLY.
Currently in the process of taking them to the Financial Ombudsman as they are refusing to remove the default.
