My contract had ended and for some reason my data and calls plan kept charging me each month despite cancelling the same time as my contract ended.
I had then been taken to a debt collection agency over 26 pound (2 months worth of data plan) despite me being completely unaware this would of happened. I was forced into paying this so I did not have a bad mark on my credit.
I did not agree to any of this and am absolutely appalled with I'd mobile. worst company ever.
They would harass me for up to 2 weeks before my bill was due to be paid. Despite always paying on time. They would call about 10 times a day every day.
For someone who suffers with anxiety it was very stress full and uncalled for.
I will never be joining this company ever again. Absolutely appalling. A
