I recently had a terrible experience with Just Eat, and I feel compelled to share my negative review of their service. My order was delivered to me on 19/06/2023, and to my shock, the driver left the food at the side of the bin on the floor as a delivery point. This is not only unhygienic, but it is also a violation of health and safety regulations. I was appalled that Just Eat would allow such a thing to happen. To add to my disappointment, when I contacted their customer service team to complain about this, they accused me of using a template and expressed that they would not be taking any further action. This is unacceptable! I was merely trying to raise a genuine concern about the quality of their service and the unprofessional behavior of their driver. The fact that Just Eat would treat their customers in such a dismissive manner is beyond disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect to be heard and taken seriously when I have a complaint. Instead, I was accused of using a template and was given no indication that my feedback would be taken into consideration. Overall, I would strongly discourage anyone from using Just Eat's service. Their delivery practices are unhygienic and unsafe, and their customer service is dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone and will be looking for alternative options in the future.
