If I could rate it zero stars, I would have done so. This delivery experience and customer service were the worst I've ever had. Despite confirming delivery to my address, the order was delayed. When I contacted the restaurant, they refused to deliver it. Just Eat declined to issue a refund, insisting the restaurant must authorize it. Even though the restaurant confirmed they had authorized it several times and requested Just Eat to call them back, the support team kept closing the chat without resolution, claiming they couldn't initiate a refund. It's clear they are cheaters, thieves, and scammers. I've found thousands of reviews describing similar situations online. Do not use this app!
