Disappointing Service
I ordered food and waited outside for 15 minutes, but the delivery never arrived. To make things worse, the app showed the order as “delivered,” even though I never received anything. There was no way to contact the driver directly to find out what happened, and the only way to reach Just Eat is by email, which takes several days to get a response. This level of service is frustrating and unacceptable when you’re hungry and waiting for food that never shows up. Very disappointing experience.
