I ordered food from McDonald's for over £20. When the courier arrived, he had someone else's order in his hand. I told him it wasn't mine and gave it back. About 15-20 minutes later, he returned with my order, but the bag was open, the burgers were unwrapped, the fries were spilled, and everything was extra cold. I contacted Just Eat, and they said they would compensate me with £10. I received an email stating that they had processed the refund and that it would arrive in my account within 5-7 days. It's been 3 weeks, and I still haven't received the refund. When I reached out to them again, they told me that, according to their system, the case is solved. p.s I wish I can give minus 1 star but no options for that.
