When everything is going well, this app works great. However, when something goes wrong, do not expect ANY great level of customer service. If you can get beyond the automated systems, the humans are stuck to a very strict script and will not deviate. They will ALWAYS side in the favor of the restaurant, and NOT YOU!! Even if food is delivered in a totally inedible state, and the restaurant manager promises a full refund... JustEat will NOT process it, no matter what you do!
