Where Just Eat completely fails is the customer service, as it is non-existent. You cannot get anyone in real-time as your order continues to push farther and farther beyond your delivery time. The only way to contact support is via email, and this takes days just to get a limited response with no apology or even explanation. It is no wonder takeaways are leaving the platform for the others.
