As a staff member and writing on behalf of staff we 100% agree with the customers Area Manager Beth Grundy is absolutely an awful person and manager, yes she speaks down to people, yes she does swear and yes she is scary looking, for an older aged woman she should have respect for others, always in the canteen with her mouth full, come on Lidl bosses, higher up please do something about her, if she is upsetting staff and customers then do something.
