Went to pick in Taunton arrived around 10am no one waiting by the door I parked in a disabled bay no cones in the way I have health issues hence disabled bay is needed a member of staff came out said you can't park there I asked if it's possible to Park in mother and toddler bay as it's wider and near the door he said no park at the other end of the car park ovously disabled people are not needed there I said I'll use another store and left I haven't gone back.
If the store manager looked at his planed Kew he'd see it was inadequate, you face the door's entrance to The right exit to the left, disabled Bay's to the left mother and toddler Bay's to the right, it would make coming sense to have entrance Kew on the right, to keep the exit on the left clear, it would also allow us disabled to park and be able to get food .
I have trouble walking and standing for any length of time, hence need wide bay to open door to allow me to exit, it's close to the entrance needed as can't walk far, you should teach your staff in the are of understanding the health and safety on entering and exiting the store, also it might make us the disabled feel less unwanted in your stores. At least Asda and Tesco's let me Park in the Bay's allocated for the disabled customer's.
