Ordered a Sous Vide which failed during the warranty period. After a few emails the unit was replaced. The new unit had a fault and didn't work so this was again reported to
Nisbets within the original warranty period. Emails were ignored and despite being chased every few weeks for a response, Uropa - their service agents - claim it is an out of warranty claim as the warranty period has expired. I pointed out that the unit was reported as defective within the warranty period but they are using the period of no response from Nisbets as as an excuse not to honour the warranty. Very poor show and
extremely underhand.
