I purchased a Robot Coupe R7 V.V about… I purchased a Robot Coupe R7 V.V about 10 months ago, and my experience has been frustrating. Shortly after the purchase, the unit developed a fault (Error 05 and Error 04). While I understand that issues can occur, the customer service response has been inadequate. After reporting the problem, it took a month for the unit to be collected for repair. When it was returned, it still had the same faults. I have since been waiting for nearly 5 months for it to be collected again. Every time I reach out, I'm promised a collection the next day or within a few days, yet no one shows up. Most recently, I spoke with a customer service representative who informed me to wait a few more days, but this has been the same story repeatedly. It's disappointing to feel unheard, especially when I requested to speak with a manager and was told no one was available. Given the ongoing issues and the significant impact on my business, I kindly request a replacement for the faulty unit. Unfortunately, my experience with both the product and the customer service has left much to be desired. I hope that Nisbets can improve their service in the future, as I would like to continue using their products if this situation can be resolved.

Ordered a Sous Vide which failed during the warranty period. After a few emails the unit was replaced. The new unit had a fault and didn't work so this was again reported to Nisbets within the original warranty period. Emails were ignored and despite being chased every few weeks for a response, Uropa - their service agents - claim it is an out of warranty claim as the warranty period has expired. I pointed out that the unit was reported as defective within the warranty period but they are using the period of no response from Nisbets as as an excuse not to honour the warranty. Very poor show and extremely underhand.

Product: Vestfrost Low Temperature -60°C Chest Freezer 296Ltr VT307-60 Price : £2,423.98 Reason: this freezer was faulty and it takes weeks for them to arrange and engineer and fix - lack of communication- came with a European plug rather than a UK one - refused to give any discounts - very very slow service and it affected the smooth running of the restaurant business AVOID

Brokers are still attempting to scam individuals out of money by posing as reputable companies, just another day in the world of finance. I was devastated when deceitful fraudsters tricked me out of 2BTC, a significant amount. However, I was fortunate enough to recover my funds with the help of GALWAYRELIANCE. They facilitated my refund request, which ultimately proved successful.

Consistently receive damaged deliveries, out of date food products and generally poor service. They also tend to be a lot more expensive for cleaning products, particularly Tork products so be aware. You always have to chase for credit notes and generally their admin/credit control system is broken. Avoid.

AVOID -DO NOT DELIVER AT LAST MINUTE!! Would give zero if I could My order was with Polar - but their auto response email came from Nisbets so appear to be same company (I had initially decided not to go with Nisbets due to reviews on here but didn’t realise they were same company) Anyway my review: we ordered a bar fridge from the Polar store on Amazon.. This order was placed on 16 July and informed delivery would be 29 July - so they knew of the order and gave a delivery date for one day short of two weeks away. They then sent a cancellation on the morning of 29 July, the morning of the promised delivery date, despite having had almost two weeks to let us know they could not fulfil the order. We were wanting this to be installed in time for that weekend due to my son’s birthday and whilst this is disappointing and a real let down - more annoying is the fact that my husband - who is self employed had not booked any work in so that he could be at home to take delivery and install the fridge. Therefore, causing him to loose a day’s earnings for nothing. Which for a large business like theirs may not be an issue but I can assure you as a sole trader with a small business it is for him as we will now have to source another fridge and will cost him another day off. The fact that they had the order for two weeks and decide to cancel on the day of delivery due to it not being available is disgraceful. Shocking service!

Avoid their dishonest practices. I was in dire financial straits and had nowhere to turn when my withdrawal request was denied, so I knew I had been duped. I needed to contact M A D A C O V I.X Y Z. They were quite knowledgeable and kind, and they assisted me in resolving my financial difficulties by returning my money within a few days.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star! They have my unit as it broke down whilst still under warranty, apparently their team fixed it but within 2 weeks of receiving it I had the same issue. They told me straight away I will be charged. I disputed this and they agreed to check the unit. They now have the unit and are messing me around not sending it back. They really are disgusting and seems the whole team are the same unfortunately.

Disgraceful. Bought two buffalo blenders in April, after two weeks 2 jugs broke. Apparently this constitutes general wear and tear and must be replaced at my own cost. It took 3 weeks to get to that point, in the mean time I’d already bought replacements. Nisbets used to be a great company, no longer the case.

Bought 3 choclate dispensers 4 months ago from their Leicester branch. 2 of them already not working. 1 has got crack from joint. Second one is not spinning. The branch staff is very incompetent and rude. Can't help after sale. For my business i need 3 machines all the time but i am running on one machine because they can't give me replacement or exchange. Over all it was a bad experience and will not recommend any one. Lost lot of business, poor service.

Kept a returned item and the money. Making me beg for money for months. Dishonest and unreliable. Don’t buy anything off them they seem to be like cowboys. What they advertise is not always what they send out and they promise none existent accessories which never arrive!!!!

The long pending issue, and hundreds of follow and no one from management even blinks.. The management team keeps themselves away from facing issues or maybe all on long holidays. Don’t order online am awaiting for my refund for over 2 months!! And this is not the first time . The first time I returned the item and awaiting for refund for over 3 months I sent so many email but worst customers service. The order was nearly 2.5k and that for a small business are lots money

Bought Gastronorm Pan 6 months later rusty, customer service very lacking, says must be using salt water! having used pans like these for 40 years never had any rust, poor quality and Misbets not interested. Customer service very poor.

I made an order worth 1k+, agreeing to be delivered on a specific day and time (paying an extra for this). 2 days earlier, they sent a message saying that they were going to deliver the same day. I replied (and called) saying that no one was at the restaurant. They left the goods unattended in front of the door, declaring that Rob (no one of us is called Rob) received them. When I complained about it, they blamed the delivery company and they offered me £20 back. I could have said that I never received it, costing them the whole amount, but I am an honest person. Thanks, I am not a beggar. Last time I will ever buy from them and I will put all my effort to spread the word of a restauranteur with 35+ years of experience and a world of connections... Well done!

Their back up is woeful. A grill not even one year old is running into their 4th week to resolve. Caveat emptor How are these people still in business? Never again !
