I purchased a Robot Coupe R7 V.V about… I purchased a Robot Coupe R7 V.V about 10 months ago, and my experience has been frustrating. Shortly after the purchase, the unit developed a fault (Error 05 and Error 04). While I understand that issues can occur, the customer service response has been inadequate. After reporting the problem, it took a month for the unit to be collected for repair. When it was returned, it still had the same faults. I have since been waiting for nearly 5 months for it to be collected again. Every time I reach out, I'm promised a collection the next day or within a few days, yet no one shows up. Most recently, I spoke with a customer service representative who informed me to wait a few more days, but this has been the same story repeatedly. It's disappointing to feel unheard, especially when I requested to speak with a manager and was told no one was available. Given the ongoing issues and the significant impact on my business, I kindly request a replacement for the faulty unit. Unfortunately, my experience with both the product and the customer service has left much to be desired. I hope that Nisbets can improve their service in the future, as I would like to continue using their products if this situation can be resolved.
