I have been with Now TV for 4 years. I loved the no contract approach and the value for money, but last month my bills went from £28.50 to £43.50. No emails, no letters absolutely no communication to advise of the change. i tried to contact them but their offices are in India, I was asked to confirm my full password over the phone and told that because my contract rolled out my bill was now £43.50 and that's that. How can my contract roll out when I don't have a contract? How can the price increase randomly?
