Used it for years and it was great. They've now done away with the Freeview channels so only leaves me with apps which I have to go into individually to see whats on. Can no longer scroll down tv guide to see what's on. So many channels I can no longer watch. It's practically useless now. Going to cancel and get a Freeview box. Not happy.

Signed up for one day sport membership to watch Masters Golf. Tried 6 times to sign in without success. Assumed that payment had failed but I was charged the following day. Impossible to communicate with company for refund. Online bot useless. Will never use again.

Since the update there is no Atmos or even Dolby 5.1 . It only outputs stereo sound.

Randomly started charging me double for the last 6 months, despite receiving a “do nothing and your contract will renew at £x” email. They denied the existence of that email until i pressed them and they confirmed that it actually did exist. They only offered me a refund for 1 of those months. I cancelled my contract. They will use you as a piggy bank and massively overcharge with no notice. They are just banking that nobody has the will or means to take them to court.

I am deaf and need subtitles. The latest now app has this frozen. I am unable to watch anything on this app. The other 6 million people with hearing loss in the UK will be thrilled.

You pay your monthly subscription and they still load every episode with adds. The adds are like 2 or 3 times an episode of whatever you are watching and are very annoying. I dont know the exact difference in price between this and Netflix but Netflix doesent annoy the hell out of me with so many adds. I have tell my wife to cancel this rubbish! I pressed blady pause and the adds started again from scratch , like two minutes!

Terrible service, I was unable to down load the app on two televisions. I can only use it on my laptop. Worse, there is no human to talk to. I'm canceling my membership. Don't waste your time and money - get SKY instead!

Super expensive and still lots of ads. Plus the navigation on the smart TV app is appalling. Looking forward to being allowed to cancel - beware of getting locked in by "discounted deals". Shambles!

signed up for 6 months and cancelled next thing I know I have 3 subscriptions costing nearly £30 a month that I didn't even ask for !!! I find it shocking that this can be done so easily with out my permission .....I have instructed my bank to block any payments to NOW TV and I won't fall for their criminal ways again...Philip

Everytime I try to pay Our bill it doesn't give you the right option to pay it! So confusing... Then when We can't pay it we get cut off!

While watching a tennis final yesterday, I had to leave the match to take a phone call, so I logged out. When I logged in again to watch the rest of the match, there was NOTHING being streamed. I checked elsewhere online and the match was still going on, but of course I couldn't watch it because it had DISAPPEARED from NOWTv. There was NO EXPLANATION. In my experience, this is not the first time coverage has dropped out - and I can appreciate that it's going to happen some of the time, BUT there is no customer service, no advice on screen, NOTHING. The impression I now have from using NOWTv is that it is so bad that I feel like telling everyone to avoid it. If you don't believe me, there are a lot of similar customer experiences like mine on Trustpilot. Take a look. Absolutely unacceptable level of service. I will be complaining to them, but to be honest I do not expect to get any reply, let alone any genuine customer service. I will try, though. But when, as I expect, I get nowhere, I will definitely contact Ofcom.

So, I signed up for one month Entertainment on 8th Jan, to watch Artist of the year. So far I have been billed £9.99 on the 1/12 £9.00 on the 8/12 and now £9.99. This after cancelling the subscription and lengthy dispute/phone call on the 8/12 regarding second payment. I may be a pensioner, but I am not stupid. Your procedures are underhand and bound to confuse. You do not advise payments in advance. All in all may I thank you for taking food out of my mouth!

I have exactly the same experience right now with this company. I already finished the last of the 3rd test and i already spent about 56k . dollars there is one more purchase required of me and to recharge my account with 83k dollars more to complete the test and be able to withdraw all my money which will be $273,000 dollars  plus the commissons and the 25k bonus on my withdrawals but non of this company were telling me the truth rather feeding me with lie. But now I am pending to recharge another 50k because of having suspicion on my account for my withdrawals.  they said i need to complete the 1 last recharge of 50k to be able to withdraw all my money and become a permanent online seller with their system i refused to make another payment again cause I'm tried, there is one of my coworker who referred me to this man called alexi victim with the email address of alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who was able to help me to make my withdrawals from this notorious fraudulent company..

I signed up for the cinema and entertainment package under the false pretence I had 7 days trial. When I cancelled way before my 7 days ended they kept the charge of £6.99 due to the fact that I watched 4 hours of tv. Who would have thought you will need to "trial" the service! They offer £2.99 partial refund.i refused. They clearly need the money more... in addition they tried to keep me into contract until I mentioned the 14 days cooling off period pretty much everyone is entitled for. Do not do the mistake in "trialling this " not such thing with this "company "

Absolutely useless. Can’t watch anything that I want to watch, even though it is shown as loaded up and ready to watch. Totally overrated and overcharged service.

DO NOT USE NOWTV !!!! they have lied to me saying they cancelled my broadband but have continued to steal money from me for 2 months and saying i haven’t cancelled it when that’s all i’ve been emailing them about!!!! their customer service is absolutely VILE , sending me the same information form to fill out MULTIPLE TIMES and ignoring me and still trying to steal my money, absolutely avoid as these people are absolute SCUM
