Randomly started charging me double for the last 6 months, despite receiving a “do nothing and your contract will renew at £x” email.
They denied the existence of that email until i pressed them and they confirmed that it actually did exist.
They only offered me a refund for 1 of those months. I cancelled my contract.
They will use you as a piggy bank and massively overcharge with no notice.
They are just banking that nobody has the will or means to take them to court.
