Terrible company, sent wrong shoes and asking me to now walk to a shop far away to send them back after taking 4 weeks to conclude the shoes were wrong after they asked me to send photos!!!! It is common practice to ask for pictures of the footwear so we can send them over to our dispatch team as proof the wrong footwear was sent. Sadly we do not offer a collection service, these would need to be returned to a collect plus drop off point or to an OFFICE store. You'll be able to print off your own Collect Plus returns label as well as find your nearest Collect Plus store by following the below link - https://www.office.co.uk/view/content/returnsinfo-page. Collect Plus is a simple, fast and tracked service for you to use to return items to us and it costs £2.95. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, due to new customs procedures, online orders delivered outside of the UK and NI, can not be returned to any of our stores.
