“I just had a very bad experience with Office Shoe's the blonde lady with long hair and the manager at Westfield one.I purchased two shoes .first the lady ignored me when I asked for shoes and after said she didn’t hear me but still serve another customer and not apologised , very rude and an appropriate.
Then they got me the shoes in a rude way . When I asked to speak to manager,he was loud and was worse than the lady. He even pointed with his finger at us.
They don’t have any respect to people and racist.
I say again Racist and rules and policy in employing staff should be in place to be fair and not racist and rude to customers.”
“I had an awful experience with Office Shoe's customer service. I purchased a voucher, and the staff assured me I could use it at any time. However, when I tried to redeem it, I was told there was a strict time limit, which was never mentioned to me before. When I reached out to customer service, they were dismissive and unhelpful, simply stating that they couldn’t assist me. It's incredibly frustrating to be misinformed and then treated like my concerns don’t matter. I feel like my money has been stolen, and I would strongly advise against spending your hard-earned cash at a company that clearly doesn't value its customers.”

So one pair of socks missing from packaging, only a pair of shoes in the box.
Office responds after a week, they were sent, the parcels are checked by several members of staff, escalate to paypal because we do not make mistakes.
Paypal claim opened, now they have CCTV not 100% perfect staff. CCTV checked and they were shipped. BUT……. You cant see
The CCTV you have to take our word for it!
Well i opened the package personally so one of us are being dishonest, who could that be?

Spent months trying to get this sorted out There is no phone number to speak to anyone at customer services. Emails either bounced back or were not responded to some of the time. I had an initial email from them to say their records show all four pairs of shoes were sent out together and then no further correspondence. Worst company I have ever had dealings with. Do not buy from them.”

I contacted them via email. Tried live chat it wasn’t working, nobody answers the phone so I had to drive 50 mins after they sent me the complete wrong package and it only had one shoe in it.
The staff I have spoken to have been most unhelpful and this company is a scam”
“Terrible… ordered some birkenstock shoes no where on the website does it state narrow fitting!… had to get a returns label printed as i have no printer… yodel said the barcode was not acceptable .. so had to return them through royal mail at my own expense…. No local office shops within 30 miles to return then… also tried live chat for advice .. just told to sit tight in a queue…. Will not be shopping with office again.”

“I ordered a pack of Adidas socks for £12.
When they arrived the security tag was still attached. This cannot be removed without damaging the socks. I have sent several emails to Office requesting a solution. I received a response suggesting I return to a store in order to get the tag removed. However I don’t reside near a branch so that is not an option. That is the only response I have received despite sending emails requesting further assistance. A wholly unacceptable situation which has dragged on for almost 2 weeks now. Unbelievable”

Yodel driver placed my parcel in a unsupervised mail room of a block of flats near mine ( I have my own entrance and letter flap ) . Did not knock on my door nor leave a card and delivered 30 min before I left the house so no excuse . The mail room isn’t supervised and the package has now gone missing yet I have to prove my innocence ( as in I don’t have the parcel ) by signing a claim form that will take up to 10 days to arrive ( still waiting ) . Yodel messed up and Office is following this lengthy process when the fact that I did not give permission to leave parcel anywhere else should be enough . 5 days later I don’t have my shoes nor my money back .”
