Terrible service Yodel driver placed my parcel in a unsupervised mail room of a block of flats near mine ( I have my own entrance and letter flap ) . Did not knock on my door nor leave a card and delivered 30 min before I left the house so no excuse . The mail room isn’t supervised and the package has now gone missing yet I have to prove my innocence ( as in I don’t have the parcel ) by signing a claim form that will take up to 10 days to arrive ( still waiting ) . Yodel messed up and Office is following this lengthy process when the fact that I did not give permission to leave parcel anywhere else should be enough . 5 days later I don’t have my shoes nor my money back .
