I VISITED THE LIVERPOOL STORE ON 25TH FEBRUARY (branch 176) AND WAS SERVED BY A LOVELY ASSISTANT SARAH. THE SHOES I WANTED WERE NOT IN STORE SO SARAH CHECKED THE AVAILABILITY AND INFORMED ME THAT SHE HAD FOUND A PAIR AND AS I NEEDED THEM BY SATURDAY 29TH FEBRUARY SHE SUGGESTED NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND AS I WAS IN THE STORE SHE KINDLY PROCEEDED WITH THE TRANSACTION. I WANT TO THANK SARAH FOR ALL HER HELP SHE WAS FRIENDLY ,HELPFUL,AND PATIENT AMOUNTING IN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE SKILLS .
