Quite an experience really. The web site and ordering was fine. Unfortunately 6 of the wall bars were of the wrong type meaning that we had to delay the work our builder was doing. The replacement bars were then late arriving (by 2 days) thus delaying the work even further and - alas - one of the bars arrived bent too! Customer Support - via email - was prompt and helpful (very happy with that) but the dispatch and courier services let the side down badly.
