Was advised delivery would be 25/11 between 8.00 and 17.00. At 14.48 I tried to call, but found customers can only leave a message for a call back, so at 14.56 I emailed asking for confirmation delivery was still on for Monday. At 15.26 I got a call from Dean to say that it would be with me within the hour. At 16.54, conscious of your 17.00 closedown, I called again and left a message that no delivery had happened. I waited on site till 17.40. In the morning I called at 8.55 and left a message requesting confirmation if delivery was coming today, noting the commitment to receive a call back within 1 working hour. By 10.23 I was about to call again when a delivery driver called to say he would be with me by 11.00 - which he was. I waited around for 14 hours in total. Your communication with customers needs improvement.
