I carefully chose a toilet roll dispenser that was lockable and suitable to put in some public toilets that we are refurbishing. Apart from being lockable and holding 2 rolls the main criteria was that it had to be one that was in stock. Several that I chose were marked out of stock and after consulting with the team who maintain the toilets I ordered one. After a week it hadn't arrived so I rang to chase it up as it was the last thing that was needed before we could open. I was told that you were still waiting on delivery. If it's not in stock then you need to say so on the order form!
