Received product a few days ago, in the advisement for the product it says it comes with 75mm fixings and a attractive cover plate however when I opened the package just the drop down handrail was there.
I emailed Fanar yesterday about it and he said that it does not come with fixings and cover plate. I am very disappointed. I will send a screenshot of the advertisement. If you can explain to me how this has happened.
