Ordered Pens guaranteed to be here by Christmas. They never came. Called today, they said they would have them by Feb! Never called or emailed me to tell me they were out. I also ordered calendars. Ask to cancel that order. After 45 minutes of waiting they told me Anita at ext 770931 would call me back. She never did. I guess I am going to dispute the charges thru my Bank. Horrible service.
