I made several successful investments with this broker Netteler before losing 80% of my savings to the trading broker. It cost me so much money and pain to invest in a broker that was not even real. But All thanks to, Mac Wiki for helping recover all my losses back '' wikihelpdesks @ gmail. com '' am currently investing with { wiki help desk } because they are reliable.

Deceiving advertisement! e ordered pens advertised at $1.14 each but when we got the bill there was $70 worth of add-on charges,, with tac the price per pen has now doubled. They added those fees for every pen we ordered even though the writing and logo on the pens were exactly the same. Will be ordering from another company from now on.

Horrible experience. I just spent 300 plus dollars on an order of pens ad the product qualify is so bad that with one dy of use most imprint has gone away. Please dont use this company and sae your money from being wasted . When contacted them , they are asking me to send them 10 photos minmum of the defective product ( I apready sent them one ) this is just an attempt from them to try to make it so hard for customers that they will eventually give up

The pens only work for a paragraph or 2 then stop working. I will never order from this company again

This company is a sham. They advertise a discount and then when you go to check out it's not available. I spoke to the sales rep and then to customer service and confirmed the lack of discount. STRAIGHT UP FRAUD. I cancelled my order and would suggest you do the same. That's $556 less for this scam business. S. Stratton - Clearwater, Florida

This is my 2nd order from you. I am so unhappy with my order. All the pens that I received on my 2nd order will not write... The ink comes out in the beginning, but shortly fades and you cannot see the ink.... I have all these pens left and they don't work. Here I was telling everyone I have given one too, that these were great pens..... How embarrassing this is...... Is there any way you can send me more black ink cartridges? I would truly appreciate it. Thanks, Georgia Anderson dba Morehead Farm.

These pens, unfortunately, fall short of expectations. Initially, they appear promising, with ample ink in the barrel and an attractive range of colors and finishes. However, after just a couple of months, they disappoint. They dry up, rendering them useless, and to make matters worse, they tend to leak. What’s particularly frustrating is that these pens are marketed as a marketing tool for small businesses. They even provide a couple of free ones with your business logo on them. But when these pens fail, it reflects poorly on your brand. As someone who has distributed them to clients and potential clients, it’s disheartening to associate your business logo with such sub-par writing instruments.

Extremely dishonest and unethical company. I have been in the design and print business for 20 years and have never encountered anyone this unbelievably unprofessional in my entire life - who is incapable of taking final print ready files and then damaging them by changing client approved files. - Their designers will change your logos and fonts without your permission. - They will send you back incorrect phone numbers, addresses and website in proofs. - Their sales team will tell you their inventory is fully stocked while letting you pay the bill even though they are out of stock. - They will send you artwork proofs and then cancel the job because the "recommended" colors are not even available to be printed. - They will cancel you order and no one will contact you to inform that your items will not be delivered. - They will tell you a service rep will call you to solve all of these issues but no return emails or calls will be made. - If you are a freelancer and provide print materials, this company will likely cause you to lose your client who needs print materials. - BEWARE OF PENS.COM !! The craziest thing after spending thousands of dollars on a few initial jobs with them is the amount of time it took to try and solve everything... Any other company works with a simple spec and art file submission, then proof approval, production and shipping. That typically takes 2 emails and no less than 30 minutes spent, with the entire process taking roughly 2 weeks or so. I have spend 3 months and over 10 hours worth of email and calls to solve 1 single large order. Im baffled at this incompetence. If I can give any advice to others seeing this is never trust or work with this company! There is a reason they have probably the lowest company score / rating I have ever seen. *Edit: I have changed my 1 star rating to a 2, solely for the reason that my 5th sales rep (for the same job) was able to help me correctly get my job completed, printed and delivered. Shadena was extremely helpful and professional, making sure to stay on top of the production team to finalize this job after 2 months worth of back and forth. She deserves a raise... Or hopefully for her sake to move on to a better company.

Beware! I went to this website with a code that was mailed to me. When I got to the check out page I saw added fees and excessive shipping charges. I decided not to complete the order so I hit the back arrow and received a page saying...Thank you for your order. I never put payment info in and I never clicked on a checkout button. Because I had put a code in that was mailed to me they had my address ans a few weeks later these pens showed up along with an invoice. I contacted customer support many times trying to explain and return products. They refused to let me return and said I was responsible for the invoice. It became obvious to me after awhile that this is a sales strategy they employ. Word of warning... don't visit this site with a mail code unless you want to be forced to order. The final cost of the product is roughly double what the mail piece says it is. Scam.

Previous problem calendars and pens arrived 25% broken. The problem was sorted and replacements were sent. This time I ordered a batch of promotional white pens, good quality reasonable price ( expensive) delivery. Unfortunately, my business name and telephone number were printed in white and are useless as you cannot read the name. I was instructed to photograph the pens! All they had to do was look at the pens. Unresolved.

Let’s just say that the quality of the item is good, but as repeatedly stated, the customer service needs help. I placed an order for a variety of colors and received the extra fall colors as said variety. Now we are a foundation that uses these pens to get our name out into the public. green and orange, the ugliest colors, aren’t going to do. And do not make a variety. Emailed customer service to return the items and was told no. Now I refuse to pay the bill and the pens are sitting in the same box waiting for resolve

We have done business with National Pen Corp. for about 50 years and always with one except experience good service. The one bad experience was a shortage of product. It seemed to take a long time for correction yet it was corrected and they surprised us with a I am sorry gift of an extra 100 or so pens at a later date. We still do business yet at a lessor volumne as we sell or turn over management to others. Try em believe and hope you are well satisfied. Beware of Unsolicited Orders and Invoices from Pens.com I've had an extremely concerning experience with Pens.com that I feel compelled to share. Our office received an unsolicited box of 250 custom pens accompanied by an invoice for $574.83 (or $2.30 per pen). Upon investigation, no one in our office had placed this order. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with their customer service, the responses I received were not only unhelpful but also seemed to completely miss the point of my complaint. The company claimed an order was placed online but was unable to provide any tangible proof. They sent an "order confirmation" as an email attachment which turned out to be a corrupted file, adding to our suspicions. This, coupled with their failure to adequately address my concerns, leads me to believe that this might be a fraudulent scheme where businesses are sent cheap unsolicited goods along with a hefty invoice, in the hopes that they will be paid without proper verification. This experience has been highly frustrating and time-consuming. I advise caution when dealing with Pens.com, as their business practices seem questionable at best. Such tactics are unacceptable and deserve public awareness.

Pens I received were nice, customer service, beyond disappointing. Advertised promo price was not honored, billed at regular price, and was told there was nothing they could do. Bait and switch tactic...they could fix, but Chose not to.

I called after a few days of my order status not changing. Upon calling they stated they needed my approval (didn't receive a call or email regarding approval). They also stated that one of the items were out of stock. I asked if they could cancel that one item, they said yes. I received an email for approval of the other two items on my order. I approved the order and a couple hours later got an email stating the entire order was canceled. I went back online and now the order is $150 more for just those two items because the coupon code at the time was different.

It should be a negative one star. Over the last few years their customer service and ability to do the job has declined. This year it crashed. 1) left voice message to call me to order my cards - no call back. 2) website is not user friendly. 3) finally ordered my cards but they sent them to an address not on my file. 4) finally got cards but they were not mine. 5) no one at the company knows what they are doing or if I even have an order of cards coming. One person told me they put a rush on it but others don't know a thing. This is a business about to close due to poor customer service and inability to do a simple job.

bought document bags to give clients. The material is like that of a doctors office exam table cover. Rips and tears. Called Pens.com and magically it is a third party product and they cant do anything or offer a refund. However they did offer a 15% off coupon for a future purchase. Stay away. This product and company is a joke.

What a Scam, they billed me $256.50. For pens and didn't put my phone number on them. I'm a Realtor, there now worthless to me. Offered to send back and correct Natasha a Manager said no. Lesson learned, stay away from this company.
