OF CUSTOMER SERVICE Paid for my pens upfront but got another companies pens I offered to send them back but they said they don't collect parcels,they said just keep them and they will issue a refund, they then started issuing invoices to try and collect the payment they had refunded, then after telling them numerous times they then threaten me with debt collectors. Can't get them on the phone took ages to respond to initial emails. Company has gone down hill over last couple of years i would Avoid this company so many others to choose from with better customer service
