My pharmaceutical company initially placed an order for 10 embroidered baseball caps which came out perfect. As a result, we ordered an additional 25 for our staff and our embroidered logo was distorted and the wrong color. Customer service has been terrible to work with as it has been almost 3 weeks and they refuse to resolve the issue with either replacements of the hats or a full refund. Their excuse is that they are waiting to hear back from their vendor who made the hats. Unfortunately, it looks as though we will have to resort to legal means to resolve this issue. This is an updated to my continued terrible customer experience. Thought I have been emailing them weekly several times a week, there has not been a commitment by Pens.com to replace the poorly produced items. I paid over $400 for my order.
