I ordered a product to be custom printed. The rep and I worked out the proof and I approved before they started printing. When I received the order one month later, they were not what I approved. They double printed a part of the design, so the same text was printed twice on the face of the product. This was not what I had approved.
I emailed my rep Simone Barnaby and asked about having the order re-printed correctly. She never replied. This company has terrible customer service and they will ignore you to avoid responsibility. Also, they are slow to get custom printed products completed. The product I ordered takes about 21 days to ship according to the website. I had to call after 30+ days to ask about my order. I had to call on two different days because the first few times I called no one would answer and the call did not go to any voicemail. I just kept waiting and stayed on hold for 30+ minutes until I gave up and called again another day.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING YOU WANT CUSTOM PRINTED BECAUSE THEY WILL MESS IT UP. They try to sell too many things to everyone and lost their quality and focus.
