Ordered a christmas present and got email saying it was being processed, it didnt arrive, checked online and it said order cancelled and my money was refunded, called customer service and asked why it was cancelled and they did not know, they appologised and said they would re do the order for free! New order did not arrive and order was again cancelled, I called again to be told it's out if stock, there was no communication to tell me this and Christmas is now passed and the present is too late. Photobox never again and I urge everyone to avoid as they just dont care!
