I have made loads of calendars and photo books over the years. Unfortunately the new editing software is so difficult to use I won't be returning unless it changes. I had to borrow a laptop to make a photo book as couldn't download the software onto my work laptop and the website/app didn't give me enough editing ability. It is so slow and clunky. You have to click on each photo and open a new screen to crop it or re-size it. When you've used a photo it doesn't disappear from the selection and it's also not possible to put them in date order. It took me 2hrs to edit my book and I was close to giving up. Photo box the previous editing tools were great, please change it back.

I am in the process of creating my album, the new system is absolutely shocking. I have created albums for 15 years yearly, and the new ‘ upgrade’ makes it terrible to use, no support from ‘ Phoebe’ the in line chat, no reply from customer services on email. I have sadly given up and gone elsewhere. Would not recommend you even start to try and build something on here. Such a shame.

I have used Photobox since about 2008. However, as another reviewer has said, the latest website changes are crazy: I can upload to 'My photos', but cannot order anything from them (like prints) without downloading them and then reuploading!! I could not believe I was not missing something, so I phoned Photobox (once I found a phone number) and they confirmed this was the case. Also they no longer do enlargements over 8x6inches. They used to do 10x8 at quite a reasonable price, but no longer. And finding a contact phone number was challenging - ask Phoebe, and it gives you the contact page, which has (wait for it) 'ask Phoebe'. Sadly, I will be going elsewhere.

I have used Photobox for years and have been very happy with the books and products received with easy creation tools. However I am really disappointed with the new 'upgrade'. I have uploaded my photos and now unable to just print from an album. Instead I have to select the prints/product I want and have to upload them again! The photos I want are on several devices/platforms, and I am unable to link to social media directly. I cant link from photos I have already uploaded in a folder - why! I am going to have to find another site, I cannot deal with the convoluted processes that make zero sense. I don't know why these changes have been made, they make zero sense

I used to use photobox all the time for making photobooks, but since the 'upgrade' it is now so clunky and impossible to use, after more than 10 years I am going to try another photobook site rather than tear my hair out any more

I have just received my order, a photo mounted on plastic and it is absolutely perfect. It is a gift for my Grandson and it arrived as promised in plenty of time for Christmas. I am so, so delighted with it, great quality and will definitely order from Photobox again. Thank you for making my day happy.

Product not arrived as promised. Paid for express delivery. Notified the night before that it wouldn’t arrive on time. Customer service unable to give any assistance with a new ETA. This was supposed to be a birthday gift that I was taking to Italy in two days time. After twelve years as a loyal customer I will never use this company again.

Last year (old Photobox website) I made a book with 140 pages as a Christmas present. I used a 70% off voucher. The book cost £51.97 - or 37.12p per page. I've just completed this years book with only 118 pages and used their new style 70% off voucher. The book has cost me £93.00 or 78.81p per page. An increase of over !00%. Outrageous Needless to say I will not be using the company again. So disappointing after using them for 15 years and buying over a hundred book.

Ordered 4 calendars with extended vouchers to create later - no vouchers. I did get my money back but now they tell me all my photos will have to be uploaded. The chat box default is Please clarify. It even said that when I typed I would not be using them any more. Then it suggested games to play. It has been taken over and amalgamated into a mess from what I can see.

I have used photobox for years. For both prints and photo books. It has always been easy to use. However, i have been trying to order prints for A WEEK! The app and website are both now terrible. I uploaded all of my photos into an album on the site to only the realise you can no longer select the album to print the photos. What is the point in that? PB isnt a photo storage site its a printing site. Also every time i press "prints" i got an error message telling me i needed to try another browser, this has never happened before. I struggled on and eventually uploaded all of my photos again (not adding them to an album) went to check out and they all disappeared! I have tried on and off for a week to print these photos out. Theres also no longer an option to link to facebook to download photos from there. I ended up installing the snapfish app and did what i needed to do in less than 15 minutes! I never usually use snapfish but photobox is now horrendous

Sent of my wedding pictures which looked good on their web site but came back over exposed. I was told that i hadnt un checked the enharnce button which they by defult add to every picture. I was then sent a refund code that didnt work. Their web site is rubbish to offers you a discount then takes it off as you are about to pay. Really poor. I'm guessing they have been taken over by another company as they used to be great.

How can a company go from being so good to so poor in such a short time. I have used Photoshop for many years. They were not perfect but the quality was good and the regular offers made the prices reasonable. Not any more. All the templates have changed (and not for the better), the photo libraries that you could build up on site are gone and products are no longer available so you can't match phonebooks with previous purchases. Even the kitchen calendar format which I have bought for years is no longer available. It's always disappointing when your 'go to' company becomes unusable - unless your prepared to accept a much inferior product and compromise on your chosen design format.

Regular customer in the part never had issue before till June 2024.Did not know aluminium wall art now came without a hook to hang ( never happened before ) Tried to contact customer service they would not sell hook separately and did nothing to resolve the issue . Feel embarrassed as it was a present for a grieving friend and it’s useless without it !

My family and I spent a huge amount of time and effort on a photobook of my father just after he died. Then we had to wait a little while as photos filtered through from other family. When I come back to print it, the entire thing has been deleted, intentionally, as part of an upgrade to a new system, which they didn't inform me about, and they can't even send me a pdf now because I didn't ask for it in the 1 month window before they wiped it all permanent. Absolutely disgusting behavior. How they think it is acceptable to make a decision like this that they know will affect grieving families is beyond me. Their customer services was also very difficult to contact and unhelpful.

Terrible customer service Terrible product Photos came with a strange print on the background and they’ve basically blamed me for that. Now ignoring my emails since I’ve asked for a refund or reprint.

I use Photobox every year to make a calendar with photos from my family holidays and other journeys in that year. I get very high quality prints, delivered very promptly.

Photobox failed to print photos Photobox failed to print requested retro style photos, delayed and delayed and provided no updates. When contacting customer service, I was told they needed to contact the factory and couldn't provide any update for another 48 hours. There seems to be issue at their factory at the moment but it is unfair that they are still taking people's money despite this.

I ordered my photobook 15th May and paid for it to be fast tracked. It's now 5th June and I still haven't received it. It was for a present but it's now too late. It was very difficult to speak to someone, and when I did they weren't very helpful

Ordered some prints and they were terrible. Cropped too small and not very clear. I've emailed them twice and have received absolutely no response. AVOID

The website listed a specific price for delivery by a specific day (the Friday before Mothers Day). The item was dispatched late and arrived late, which meant the gift couldn’t be given to the recipient in time. Photobox said the order was not late because the delivery date (and price) quoted was not a promise. I understand delays happen, but trying to wriggle out of it using the terms and conditions is rude. Do better.
