Regular customer in the part never had issue before till June 2024.Did not know aluminium wall art now came without a hook to hang ( never happened before )
Tried to contact customer service they would not sell hook separately and did nothing to resolve the issue . Feel embarrassed as it was a present for a grieving friend and it’s useless without it !
