I bought a bottle brush plant for £50 that was delivered a year and 5 days ago, it had died some weeks ago and qvc have no interest as their guarantee is limited to 12 months.
£50 for a poor performing plant is unacceptable in anyone's book so due to often similar experiences over several years I have decided not to make any future purchases with them for ANYTHING.
